We offer both short stays (under 28 days) and longer-term stays. Our prices for single rooms in shared accommodation include Wi-Fi as well as utility bills.

• Single en-suite room at Senior Home: £475.99 per month (usually reserved for doctors)
• Single en-suite rooms at Barton & Kensworth Court: £490.91 per month 
• One bedroom self-contained flat at Servite House: £679.10 per month 
• Family houses (2 and 3 bedroom houses): from £859.50 to £927.41 per month (exclusive of council tax and all utility bills).

 

Our facilities

All single rooms come with an en-suite shower. Residents in communal buildings have access to a shared kitchen and dining facilities.

There’s also a dedicated 'Doctor’s Mess' if you’d like relax and socialise after a busy shift.  

Wi-Fi is available throughout our accommodation. The site also has car parking, bike storage, and a laundrette. 

Pop in and chat to our friendly team at our on-site reception, open on weekdays. We also have an out-of-hours service so there’s always someone there to help you when you need it. 

Just 15 minutes away by bus, Luton is a popular town with many shops, restaurants, clubs, bars, gyms, as well as a theatre and cinema. 

There’s also plenty for the children to do, including Whipsnade Zoo, and the beautiful Dunstable Downs.
